It is my own experience iny life ,once I have to suffer problem some disease such as high blood pressure,heart disease and chelstrol.I addicted to take medicine regularly but there is only limited improvement in my health for small time,then it again became worse .Then doctor advised me to go morning walk finally I would able to wash away my disease.
